As part of the management of the photovoltaic system, we provide a range of administrative and bureaucratic services. We streamline red tape for our clients, take care of all administrative, legal and fiscal requirements and manage the relationship with the relevant energy authorities: GSE, Customs Agency, ARERA, network operators and TERNA. We support our clients throughout the design and construction process of photovoltaic systems, from the pre-feasibility phase to obtaining construction permits, ensuring the sustainability, resilience and bankability of the project. We ensure that systems are managed according to best practice and in full compliance with the law, including warranty and litigation management, ICT systems and warehousing.

We provide financial and fiscal management services for special-purpose entities owning production plants: drafting of annual and half-yearly financial statements, management and verification of energy invoices for sales to the energy services provider/free market and preparation of tax returns.

We take care of all insurance procedures related to production systems, from the conclusion of contracts to the management of claims.

We can support private and industrial investors and investment funds by providing them with specialised technical consulting services both during the acquisition and sale of a system (technical and administrative due diligence). We further support clients in taking out warranties on modules and larger components and in the management of any disputes with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) or EPC Contractors acting as independent experts or party-appointed technical consultants.

Our Commercial Asset Management department provides valuable support to clients in the management of contractual, legal, tax, administrative, commercial and environmental obligations related to their systems or portfolios by offering:
